Sponsorship Overview

As the nation’s only organization linking together professionals across various departments
in higher education, as well as other supporters interested in protecting youth and other
vulnerable populations, we have a unique target audience.

Members often seek vendors that offer training solutions, registration systems, background
checks, insurance coverages, and outsourcing methods for other youth protection
responsibilities.

We understand that sponsorships are not a one-size-fits-all opportunity and welcome requests for customized packages if the options do not meet your needs.

Conference Sponsorship

The Higher Education Protection Network (HEPNet) invites you to participate in the 4th Annual Conference for youth protection in higher education on October 17-20, 2017, in Clemson, South Carolina as a sponsor. Approximately 50 professionals, advocates, and other supporters representing youth protection in higher education will be present. Each year these individuals look to our annual conference for new resources, innovative products and services, expert information, and key contacts. They want to hear about your organization. As the ONLY conference in the nation that focuses solely on youth protection in higher education, our conference draws participants who want to learn about innovations and trends in the field of youth protection and this is the only time and place to meet this specific group face-to-face that could be interested in your organization. Sponsors play a crucial role at HEPNet’s Annual Conference. To ensure maximum visibility for your exhibit space, refreshments will be served in the open lobby exhibit area during breaks.
